The City of Eastpointe is proud to showcase and support our creative community!

Each spring, the DDA sponsors some very creative and colorful murals (above and at right) for the Eastpointe Children's Garden. Each mural designed by local elementary students and a local art teacher, who coordinated the effort with 6 of our local elementary schools. A student's design was picked by each school and the teacher then helped the student paint the murals. This art installation is intended to be an ongoing collaboration with the schools to provide an artistic outlet for students each year.

Come fall, the art will be taken down and given to the schools for their own use and a new student group will create another new batch of terrific murals for the spring Eastpointe Children's Garden showcase!
